Default 1.0 is not a true 1:1 near your crosshair. It matches the edge of the screen, so small scoped flicks feel faster than hipfire.

Leave both sliders at 1.0 and Vandal or Operator flicks that feel right hipfire can overshoot or feel twitchy when zoomed.

DPI and hipfire do not change these numbers—the model uses a fixed 103° FOV.

The 0% column matches a published community set: 0.908, 0.870, 0.815, 0.747, 0.731, and 0.723.

Why isn't multiplier 1.0 a true 1:1?

Zooming narrows your view. Valorant already slows sensitivity for that FOV change. The ADS and Scoped multipliers tweak how much.

Most players miss this: 1.0 matches feel at the screen edge (100% monitor match). Near the crosshair, scoped flicks feel faster than hipfire.

Which weapons use ADS vs Scoped?

Valorant has two multipliers—not one per gun.

ADS Sensitivity Multiplier (rifles / SMGs)

  • 1.15x — Stinger, Spectre, Ares, Odin
  • 1.25x — Bulldog, Phantom, Vandal
  • 1.5x — Guardian, Chamber's Headhunter

Scoped Sensitivity Multiplier (snipers)

  • 2.5x — Operator first zoom, Chamber's Tour de Force
  • 3.5x — Marshal, Outlaw
  • 5x — Operator second zoom

One value covers three tiers. That is why this calculator asks for your main weapon in each group.

Where do values like 0.870 and 0.747 come from?

Valorant locks horizontal FOV at 103°. Zoom divides that view—for example 1.25x ADS shows about 82.4°, Operator 5x about 20.6°.

At multiplier 1.0, a flick to the screen edge takes the same mouse distance scoped or not. That is a 100% horizontal monitor match.

A 0% match keeps feel identical at the crosshair instead. The community values (0.870 Vandal ADS, 0.747 Operator) come from that reference.

Any match percent in between picks which screen distance you want to keep consistent.

Which monitor match should you pick?

There is no universal best—only trade-offs.

  • 0% — community crosshair match; works across aspect ratios
  • 75% — 16:9 CS:GO default reference
  • 100% — Valorant's default (same feel as multiplier 1.0)

Changed your Aim sens—how do you keep scoped feel?

The multiplier sits on top of Aim sensitivity. Lower your sens and scoped aim slows with it.

Raise the multiplier to compensate. Formula: new multiplier = old sens × old multiplier ÷ new sens.

What does the scoped sensitivity multiplier actually do?

It scales sensitivity while zoomed, on top of Valorant's FOV-based scaling. Below 1.0 feels slower and more precise; above 1.0 feels faster. It multiplies Aim sensitivity, so it stays correct if you only change DPI.

What is the default scoped sensitivity multiplier in Valorant?

1.0 for both ADS and Scoped. That matches feel at the screen edge (100% monitor match). Near the crosshair, scoped aim feels slightly faster than hipfire—a real choice, not a neutral one.

Is 1.0 scoped sensitivity actually 1:1?

No. Zooming changes how much screen a mouse move covers. At 1.0 only edge-of-screen flicks match hipfire. For a crosshair-true 1:1, use the 0% values this page calculates—for example 0.747 on Operator first zoom.

Do I need to change the multiplier when I change my DPI?

No. The multiplier is relative. 800 DPI × 0.4 and 1600 DPI × 0.2 keep the same eDPI and the same scoped feel. Only change the multiplier when you change in-game Aim sensitivity and want to keep the old scoped feel.

I lowered my sens — how do I keep my scoped feel the same?

Scale the multiplier: new = old sens × old multiplier ÷ new sens. Example: 0.45 at 0.945 down to 0.35 needs 1.215. Use the mini calculator on this page.

Should I copy my CS:GO / CS2 zoom sensitivity into Valorant?

Not directly. This page only calibrates Valorant's ADS and Scoped multipliers. FOV and slider models differ between games. Pick a Valorant monitor match and test in Valorant instead.

Why can't I set a different multiplier per weapon?

Valorant only exposes two sliders: ADS (1.15x / 1.25x / 1.5x) and Scoped (2.5x / 3.5x / 5x). Set each for your main weapon in that group and accept small offsets on the rest.

Do these values work on stretched or 4:3 resolutions?

0% values do—crosshair match does not depend on screen shape, so 0.908 through 0.723 hold on every aspect ratio. 75% and 100% assume native 16:9; on stretched 4:3 stick with 0%.
